We will be happy to provide you with an estimate of cost, as well as a pre-authorization, so that you may determine coverage based on your insurance policy. We do ask that payment for services rendered be paid on the day they are provided. Alternate arrangements should be discussed, in advance, with a member of our business staff. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, debit cards, as well as money orders. Regretfully, we are no longer able to accept personal cheques

Please bring your dental insurance form or card with you at your consultation appointment.

It is important to remember that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your level of insurance coverage as we do not bill insurance companies directly for our fees.
