We will be happy to provide you with an estimate of cost, as well as a pre-authorization, so that you may determine coverage based on your insurance policy. We do ask that payment for services rendered be paid on the day they are provided. Alternate arrangements should be discussed, in advance, with a member of our business staff. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, debit cards, as well as money orders. Regretfully, we are no longer able to accept personal cheques.
